Here for you in all of life’s transitions…
It is my mission to provide safe, trauma-focused therapy to couples and families in the greater Seattle area. Utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or talk therapy, I work with you to explore the areas that might be holding you back from living a happier life.
Who and How I Serve
Talking with a specialist
After pursuing my Master of Social Work degree I then focused on EMDR and Brain Spotting certifications to support our work together towards your therapy goals.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Also known as talk therapy, CBT examines thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes as we look at developing coping and other skills to support you in your mental health journey.
Navigating grief is hard for everyone, but you’re not alone. There is no right way to handle loss and we will find ways together that allow you to grieve and process in ways that work best for you.
ITP is a brief, attachment-focused, method of treating depression that considers interpersonal issues. This structured approach can help with mild to moderate depression.
Art, music, guided imagery, reenactment and other creative techniques are used to explore situations and relationships that have impacted your life.
Ready to Step Towards Healing?
My first appointment with you is so important. You get to know me, and I get to know you over the course of about ninety minutes. Come with your story, with questions for me, and we’ll learn together if we’d make a good fit.
