Do I need counseling?
Sometimes a major life event happens, whether a big change or a traumatic event, and someone in your life recommends reaching out to a mental health professional. Or perhaps you’ve identified recurring behavior patterns in your life or the life of your family that don’t sit well with you.
Recognizing there’s something not quite right is the first step, quickly followed by reaching out to someone for help. You’ve already begun the healing process!

I meet with clients weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly over the course of a season or through the years. We will work together to craft goals for your care and frequently re-assess if therapy is helping you to achieve those goals.
